Our homes are all within a short walk of Hampstead Village in elegant roads and enjoy  peace and calm.  They  offer a unique opportunity to build a lifestyle in this historic beautiful village in central London with its cafes and bars and  history.

The majority  are flat conversions  of high ceilinged old Victorian houses.  There are many  original features and these are stylishly combined with modern design from my partner Nicky an art historian. 

Old means work and  I try to stay ahead with preventative maintenance.  Tenants have privacy but help if they need it it is  minutes away from someone who cares passionately about the tenants and the properties. The  homes are rented unfurnished.
